The Ultimate Pasting Machine
The WASP5 represents truly state-of-the-art technology. It handles shells 4" through 12" and it takes only a few minutes to change between sizes. This machine has a 3/8" thick spine of solid aluminum that provides ample strength to handle heavy 12" shells.
The tape application wheel is mounted on an extendable arm that can be easily positioned for all size shells. The WASP5 is powered by massive 1200 oz./inch motors that have enough power to turn even the heaviest 12" shells at fast, production speed rates.

The link below contains video of the WASP5 pasting a 12" shell. This shell weighs about 24 lbs. The accuracy of the machine is clearly demonstrated as the gummed tape is applied.
