FUSING THE SHELL AFTER IT HAS BEEN PASTED

The unique design of the WASP shell pasting machines enables the fuse to be inserted AFTER the shell has been completely pasted. The shell is assembled in a standard          

magnet placed in fuse hole       paper "plug" removed         crossmatched time fuse

After Pasting, a "plug" of pasted paper is cut out around the fuse hole.  A crossmatched time fuse (or two) is inserted.
